Bai Ming asked several times almost every other day.

"You have only one day left. If you still can’t find it, I will kill you. Keeping a group of useless people is no use."

Then he handed each of them a pill.

"Master, what is this?"

Qin Li looked at the red pill in her hand.

"Swallow it," Bai Ming ordered loudly, his eyes fierce as they stared at them both.

So Qin Li and Ye Xuan had no choice but to swallow. Only after seeing their Adam’s apples move did Bai Ming turn his head and continue:

"If you don’t get the antidote by the day after tomorrow, you both will die."

"Master."

Qin Li knelt to the ground while Ye Xuan lowered his head in thought.

"Get up. Complete this mission and I will give you the antidote. Remember, complete this mission."

Looking at Qin Li and Ye Xuan, Bai Ming said coldly. It was clear he wasn’t just bluffing.

"But where can we find clues?"

Qin Li truly had no idea. Bai Ming grabbed her neck roughly.

"I’ve told you countless times. None of it worked. If I don’t get tough, you’ll never finish this mission."

Qin Li weakly spoke.

Bai Ming released her.

Qin Li and Ye Xuan exchanged glances. Now, perhaps neither of them could escape death.
