Author's Note on Official Publication

I have just finished writing the latest major chapter, "Kyle's End," which also serves as a reflection of my own current situation.

Some readers might say that the launch of a book is essentially a display of misery, intended only to beg for subscriptions and tips.

It is true. I am kneeling before you now—not to ask for tips, but simply to ask those of you who have accompanied me this far to continue supporting me with your subscriptions.

A single subscription is truly inexpensive, yet every one of them helps alleviate the pressures of my daily life. It is simply unrealistic to rely solely on passion to write a book.

After a difficult month, I quit my job. I have been tossing and turning, unable to sleep, anxious to see if this book can give me a fighting chance.
